Who called from 6464325813

Called, but they did not leave a message on the voice mail.  Caller ID said "New York, NY"

Don't know anyone in New York.  Did not answer.

called at 9:38 AM this morning and saw this number on my call blocker list which I have set to block all numbers except those which I program in to accept

called left no message

Called 1205 pm 1.4.17.  No message.  9th call in 2 days according to the above notes, and I'm sure lots of people don't come here to complain.  Is this all in Missouri or all over the country.  Will the phone companies or government ever do/be able to do anything? Telemarketer maybe.  Scammer more likely!
