A lady called Akisha, called from New York and left a message.
I could not understand her poor English.
So I called her # back and she answered.
After having her repeat everything she said numerous times.
She said she was calling from "Felix", and was looking for towing companies to put on her list.
I asked her to remove my # from her calling list.

We are an appliance repair company. A caller by the name of Martha was asking for the owners. She said she was with a company called Felix and wanted us to call back for referrals. We are not interested, but thanks!
Called asking for the owner. Said they were Felix Electrical and wanted to send us referrals. In my experience these calls are almost always bogus as they want money for those referrals. When over 60% of our jobs come from repeat customers and another 30% from word of mouth referrals. Less than 5% comes from our paid advertising, these people are a waste of time.
