If you can get the name of the company and a mailing address, send them a cease and desist letter to stop calling you. Send it certified mail, signature required and return receipt. And advise them in the letter if they keep calling even after receiving this, they will be paying you money for violations of the DNC list.
This number has called me twice this morning, and when I answered with my work greeting, I got nothing from the other side... The one thing that disturbed me about this is that the caller ID said that it was a wireless customer, so I wouldn't have expected it to be a spam call. Sad that there's been so much hooplah about the "do not call" lists, and they simply don't work as promised.
Asked for the owner and when I did not specify if I was the owner or not, but said I could answer their question they would not proceed further unless I confirmed that I was an owner. When I said I wasn't interested the called replied, "You're a [***]."
