robotic voice stating that my family and i are under investigation for tax fraud and evasion. says a federal warrant has been filed... call was from Greece, caller ID was +30 301 and the word Greece under it.
the number that it instructs to call back is 646-504-4933, didn't call back, SCAM!!!!
I too received such a call, I called the number they gave me. A man answered , I asked him for his name and he muttered something, when I asked if he worked for the IRS, he he hung up.
They should find him or them, and lock them up.
Received the same call didn't answer left a message that me and my whole family was under investigation for tax fraud and evasion. I reported it to the IRS at [email protected].
Unknown phone # calls three times in a row. Mechanical voice leaves this # to call back. Says they are the IRS and threatens lawsuit. Explains they have tried sending multiple documents regarding this.
