Who called from 6465134385

I receive a call from Goldman, Walker,& Associates 3 months ago, last week someone called me from Howard & Associates .  
I returned the called and a woman answered the phone ,said her name is Tory Dixon. It sounds like the same men and women from Goldman ,Walker & Associates.

It probably was. In violation of FDCPA laws here.  I can find nothing on a Howard & Associates short of all kinds of business's that have nothing to do with Debt Collection.  However, googling  Goldman-Walker-Associates produces all kinds of interesting things.  

As per the FDCPA, within 5 day's of a call, they are supposed to deliver via the US mail, validation of debt.  Have you received one from either of these entity's?  If not, demand it. Follow the steps in what you need to know. Send them a Cease & Desist via the US mail, return receipt or certified mail.

I had to say hello several times before someone answered back.  It was a lady with a hard to understand accent who asked "Oh, hello, am i speaking to the owner?"
