Nothing stops them! They have been calling from the NYC area for months from different #s - always starting with the same area code (646). Someday soon they and their cronies will be caught! Not holding my breath though.

Called my home land line during business hours, I did not answer since I didn't recognize the number, no message left so I assume it is a telemarketer.

Called, did not answer, no message left.

CID New York, left no message SCAM

This number just called twice to the house, 2 minutes apart. Caller ID showed "NEW YORK   NY". No message was left either time.
