"Unassigned" Same caller as everyone else this morning (back brace the message says we ordered--which of course, we did not). BUT: Rule #1 - Don't pick-up if you don't recognize the number. (If it's legitimate and/or important, they'll leave a message.
RULE #2: If you don't have Caller ID and do pick up, which gets the automated robo-call message, DON'T push any buttons! Don't push 1 to talk to someone (that's where the biggest scam comes in), but especially, don't push 2 in order "to be taken off the list," or "not to receive any more calls." I like the term "click-bait" that Anon up above used--that's exactly what it is. You push or "click" on a number on your phone pad, and that lets the scammers know they've got a live one.
P.S. 800notes.com: You need 2 other "Call Types": "Fake Telemarketer" (some telemarketers, though highly annoying, are legitimate) and "Scam."
