Probably nothing as long as you don't give them any information. It does, however, confirm you have a working phone number which may lead to more calls.
Best advice, get a call blocker ir don't answer calls from unknown numbers. Tere is NO LAW requires you to answer any phone call.
I did not answer my phone, but I did receive a voice-mail. A very scary and creepy voice told me my time has come.

Hey very good response and thank you for clearing it's up. I receive these scam calls all the time so im used to its. I really do wish the government would be more active in hunting these scumbags down and lock them up. To many people (usually elders) are taken advantage of and it's makes me sick!
There's nothing much the US can do. Occasionally local money mules are arrested. Fact is the governments in India and Pakistan do little to stop these kinds of calls and call centers. Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on numbers you do not recognize.
