The man with a middle eastern accent said I had a $9000 check waiting for me if I paid a $200 "registration fee.

veru thick accent says they are from US government. For " free" grant & - didn't call this # cuz know it's a scam !!!

Yeah I just cannot believe someone with a middle east accent would be calling from the American government giving away money.

Yes, it's scam...  Although in negotiating the cost for the "1- TIME"  Proof of identity fee the cost would be $150.  " Because this is your GRANT MONEY!! "  I advised Mr. Lee that I authorized him to take the fee from my $9500 grant.  Unfortunately, that was not an option. and repeatedly asked how much did I had?  I said that I had $20 that I could provide.     He hung up on me.....  [***]!!!

Guy said the same thing and asked to buy an iTunes card for the bank procedures...lol
