This is definitely a scammer. I have dealt with a number of these since we started our business. First we received an email from "James Charles" and in that he requested our personal cell number, which of course I did not supply. Then this morning, I get a text from him on the company cell.

I got email from " James Charles" asking for kitchen remolding renovation. He got our company info from Yelp and ask for my cell phone number to send something for me to review. He keep texting me to go to his property for a inspection and willing to make a deposit for the project without even checking price or products. I believe it is a scammer.
