I have been receiving calls from this number without picking up. Only one time did it leave a message and it sounded like it was saying to pick up grants, but the message was garbled and hard to make out. Just this morning I have four missed calls from this number in 2 minutes.
I have been receiving rings from this number without me picking the call. But today, I picked it and it left a message that I should collect my grant. Is the number connected with a body giving Federal Government grant?
