Woman with heavy accent asked to speak with my mother (who is elderly, hard of hearing, and very rarely uses the phone). Told the person she was out and asked if I could take a message. Dead silence, then woman hung up. Blocked the number.
Checked with Medicare and social security regarding the call. Very rude as I would not answer ?'s. Both Medicare and Social Security DO NOT CALL you. Things are done through the mail.
