It's a scam. They will send you a fake business check from an bona fide, established company. The check will clear, about a month or two when they find out the funds are missing, the police and bank will come after you. You will pay it back.
Received a response to an ad I had placed selling a cycle in our local classifieds . I knew right away it was a scammed. The broken English, I live 3000 miles away from his listed number. Said he was sending me a cashier check..we shall see.

Thank you all. I was thinking more and more sounded like BS so checked the #. Sure enough, appears total scam. They will tell you check is in mail, send tracking number, advise they mistakenly wrote the check to you for way too much money... Same number reported as scammer on whatupag dot com Thanks again all!
