Called and asked for an individual who does not work with this company - started by asking for a rather generic first name - Laurie. Then asked for the office manager (umm, not one of those here). When pressed what the call was regarding they said they needed to update their records. Would not say what their company does. I let them know we do not do business with companies who are not crystal clear in their business practices and models, nor do we do business with companies whose employees do not know what the business does.

Had about 3 calls now from Optim 360 trying to give us a quote on coding books which I stated yet again we did not need them and they keep continuing to call. We even asked them to send us their information which they state they can only email..
