Called my house and claimed to be Attorney James Jackson from the Procter And g***le Legal Dept. He told me I had been chosen as a 2nd place winner in a sweepstakes that was sponsored by Procter And g***le. He told me I had won $950,000.00. He then gave me a claims number and told me to contact an agent Dennis Marsh with the Dept. Of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs in Washington D.C. at 202-869-2360. He then explained to me that 2 men from Brinks Security would be coming to my house on 5/12/2017 to check and make sure I was who I said I was. He said they would need 2 forms of I.D., one of which should have my picture on it. Next he told me that there was a document bond that needed to be paid in order for me to receive a certified cashiers check for $950,000.00. He said the document bond cost would be 0.5% of my total winnings which would come out to be $4,750.00. Then he told me that if I couldn't pay that then there was a federal assistance program that I would be approved for to help me pay for that so that I could collect my money. He then told me to call Dennis Marsh for more information. When I called Dennis Marsh, he was going to explain my options for paying the document bond fee, but I cut him short and asked him if he would like to buy some oyster reefs that I had for sale in central Tennessee. He then hung up on me. I then called Procter and g***le as well as the real Dept. Of Consumer And Regulatory Affairs. Both denied having any involvement in any sweepstakes and neither knew who Attorney James Jackson or Agent Dennis Marsh was. After speaking with both of them, I called Attorney Jackson back and told him what they said. He told me he was a very busy man and wasn't here to convince me if This was for real or not. Then he said he would be mailing me all of the information so that I could fill out the forms myself. I then told him that I owned a movie production company and asked him if he would like a part in an upcoming movie I was producing because he was a great actor. He said have a great day sir and hung up. This number is a scam that some elderly person is going to fall for and that in itself is a shame.

Instead of telling him you are on the do not call list, tell him under no circumstances to ever call you again, that his call is being traced and that you will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law if he calls again.  Partly a lie, I know, but it works in some cases.
