A voicemail left said we were in danger of losing our property if we didn't call. For a laugh, I called and an east-indian gentleman answered saying "Canada Revenue" (which a rep of the CRA would never say). I asked why they called and "Jason" asked for my case file.

When I said I didn't have one, he said to get my passport and ID ready as the police would be by shortly to arrest me. He then hung up.

I feel sorry for the elderly that would fall for this.
