Oct 3, 2016: message left at 6 am, saying the IRS had filed a law suit against me. Ironically, they claimed this was their third call, but in reality they have been trying similar tricks for several months now, leaving dozens of calls threatening law enforcement / legal action.
Same telephone number 6466637249, Scam as in NY State if someone sues you papers have to be served to you in person. District Attorney office should investigate this.
