got 2 calls saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.

We are the IRS and we are going to take you to court.

Received a VM about a lawsuit and to "immediately" call this number.  Did not call back.

Got a message from the "IRS" stating they're filing a lawsuit against me and that I needed to call them back. Thankfully my wife recognized it as a scam and looked up the number to be sure. Rest assured, you're not being sued. I have my number on a "do not call" list but evidently it doesn't matter, they found my number anyway.
