Caller says he is from Allstate Merchant Services. He called yesterday and unfortunately an employee gave him information about our business. Now he won't stop calling back. We have told Allstate Merchant Services to remove us from their calling list but they refuse.
This man started yelling at both of us (my partner answered the third time he called back).
If he calls again I will call the phone company.
The fourth time he called (in 20 minutes) he blocked his name and phone number so we didn't know it was him until we answered.

Caller asked for Veronica. Said his name is Alan, from AMS Financial. He did not have a last name for Veronica. When told there is no Veronica on the roster he asked to speak to the owner, which is like asking for the owner of the county or owner of the fire department or the MOON. He said that Veronica had sent him an email, so he would just reply. Fine, but email format here includes surnames. Companies that use lies as a sales tactic are red flagged.
