Answered and a very LOUD voice came on saying something. You could tell it was a recording so I hung up. Blocking these losers.

Called numerous times - no message - BS - these auto-dialers, caller ID spoofers, ILLEGAL SOLICITATION COMPANIES CALLING MOBILE PHONES #'s DESPITE BEING ON NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LISTS SHOULD BE STOPPED!!!!
