I answered the call because the number was displayed and not a 1-800 number. Could hear some noise in the background but caller did not respond and hung up on my after about 5 seconds.
I've added the number to my reject list. won't be bothered again, buh bye!
I don't understand why I got this call. I am registered on the "do not call". If I don't recognize a number, I let it go to voice mail and check the internet. No voice message.was left. Also, I was on the Perfumania site recently. How did they get my number????
If they call, don't talk to you and don't leave a message they haven't violated Do Not Call. It's only a violation if they try to sell you goods or services.
They could have obtained your phone number from any one of a thousand different sources. Or they might just be robo-dialing every phone number in your area code (this is more likely).
