They call a hour ago and said they going to file a law suit from IRS

The IRS does not initiate communications
with a "cold call" to unsuspecting people.
Instead
The IRS always sends snailmail letters first!

The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

We got a call from this number this morning. Thank you for your notes.
We called back and it doesn't ring but after silence for a minute there is a message saying the call can not go thru.
