Exactly that, a scammer, robocaller, etc. Just called me, answered, only thing out of my mouth Was 'Dont call my f****g number anymore' then hung up. I'm on the DNC and dont owe jack to anyone, so this number/scammer/telemarketer is bogus or breaking the law.
DNC covers telemarketers (in other words, someone calling you on the phone and trying to sell something) as that was it was originally designed to do. Debt collectors do not sell anything.
