This is another IRS scam. They are calling from call centers, everyone has a terrible accent, they claim to be the IRS but they are not. They have a lot of threats about going to court and a warrant for your arrest, it is all crap. This is the second call I've gotten today for the same thing from the same area code with a different number.
Another # I'm forced to be mindful of to NOT answer... what a waste of my time. Curious how much in kick backs Verizon and other phone carriers are making off all these bogus calls. I'm also receiving bogus text messages.... smh
Called my cell yesterday. I didn't even notice. No message left. I tried to call back from my office phone today. It goes to give a busy signal and then just hangs up. You literally hear a blip of the first portion of a busy signal and then you are disconnected. Amazing.
