I have a similar message that I received today just like from the above message, but mine was stated criminal case filed against me from IRS and the message is from Edward Jonathan law firm and the number is 843-534-5766. I was worried because I do owed $3000 on taxes but I was confused whe he said criminal case filed against me case# IR7416. Is this legit?
I got same call but was told not to discuss with no one,same case number but Ohio number,was gave numbers and such really freaked out about this call,any way to tell if really a legit thing?;
I've been getting calls like that at least once every couple days from multiple different numbers all saying that exact same thing. My block list already has 19 numbers on it and I just have to keep adding more
