Who called from 6467571389

Ha! Caller without accent, but was too stupid to realize he had my voicemail!

A call came in a little after 7PM, from "New York, NY."  My call-blocking app prevented it from even ringing -- that's proof for me that whatever/whoever it is, it's already been identified as a scam/fraudulent call.

Called my cell number, but left no message. I have therefore blocked this number on my cell and advised my wife to block it, also.

I get a call from this number a couple times a week, everyday for two days now. I don't answer and they don't leave message. After reading posts I decided to call them back and got a voice mail thanking me for calling SPA fundraising for charitable donations.. I hung up at that point.

Spoofed junk call, and most likely yet another scam.  Didn't answer (I NEVER answer calls from unfamiliar numbers).  Blocked this number.
