This is the "Tech Support" scam that seeks access to your computer. Never give it to them! Foreign voice possible routed though a switch from another country. Always block the caller and then get the same scammer from another number. Hang up immediately from anyone claiming they are "Tech Support". Or, if you want to play with them, ask them their physical address (street and number) and the name of their CEO/President. You can complain to the FCC but it won't do anything.
This is a scam. They are pretending to be a tech support service and are trying to gain remote access to your system.
I nearly fell for this a few years ago because I did have a remote tech service that I subscribed to and I thought it was them. I got suspicious with some of the information they were asking for and luckily I hung up and contacted my tech support company who tried to locate them. Unfortunately, because they switch numbers, they couldn't be found.
