Called late in the evening and when I answered it was a recording that spoke so fast. When prompted I choose option two to be removed from the call list. I was transferred to a operator who sounded half asleep and when I asked who this was and why they called he answered with do you have back pain? Repeated my question and was told to ask my mom like I was a child not a thirty something year old woman.
