Did not answer and no voice mail left. Spammers and Scammers burning up my cell phone day and night. Do Not Call Registry is a joke. No punishment for these people whatsoever. Blocked and added to the hundreds of other in my phone already.
The DNC works reasonably well. People and businesses are prosecuted under the law regularly. However, it is meant as a guide to law abiding telemarketers; it will not stop criminals and scofflaws who are, as you might guess, not law abiding. Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
