i just received a call from a chinese guy named scott smith saying am being sued for a loan that i never received they said that mckinliy law ferm was sueding me for money landering fraued and one other thing i am scared and i dont no how to quiet deal with this they said i was given a three hundred doller loan i never did and the account number they gave that they suposivley put money on matches none ov my cards this is bs they said if they find me resonsilble i will have to pay 8000.00 dollers american payday loan company gave this information to these people i guess ill have to file police report

Called my work phone - said my colleague referred me to them (couldn't understand the name of the company); read me my first, last name, email and said my colleague (full name) referred me to them. That they were going to send me some info. I checked with my coworker while on the phone and she knew nothing about it. As soon as told them that, they disconnected. SCAM!
