Have been receiving calls from this number daily at least twice a day warning they are calling the cops. As others have stated this is a scam from a foreign call center. Thery are now blocked on my phone.
Received a recorded call from this number saying I owe IRS and must pay it back or 'cops' will come. First of all, IRS sends letters, not calls. Secondly, IRS doesn't refer to officials as 'cops.' I will register this number with the bad calls list on FCC site.
Just received a call from this number on my cell stating that I would be arrested by local cops because I owe the IRS. I did call the number back from a different phone. Noisy background. I just hung on them. I wish these people would get a life...... a real life.
"Cops." LMAO. Like the IRS, even if they did call you, would use the word "cops" in lieu of "police" or "law enforcement agency." Sadly, some idiot out there will fall for it.
Scam message saying IRS has charges pressed against me all assets are being monitored and there is a warrant out for my arrest. SCAMMERS!
Why isn't "Scammer" an option as far as "call type"?
