Seriously? You actually think that someone with New York license plates sitting in a car next to you would be able to somehow come up with your number to call you?
Same story as everyone else: two calls back-to-back from 646-809-9689 saying this was the "final warning" from the IRS. I'm just stunned in this day and age that 1) people fall for this - the IRS is very good at sending out letters if they want to get your attention, and 2) that the technology doesn't exist to track who owns this phone number and put their criminal butts in jail.
