The first time this number called our dental office, a woman named "Brooke" expressed interest in interviewing the practice owner (the Dr.), and scheduled a phone interview for a later date. On the day of the scheduled interview, they called the office 2 hours late and the Dr. was unavailable as well as unwilling to speak with her. The interview was rescheduled and once again, they were meant to call at 1 pm and called at 2:56 pm; at which point the Dr. was seeing patients and unable to speak on the phone. This time it was "Jennifer" who placed the call. She spoke down to the office manager, demanded to speak with the Dr. and then had the gall to tell the office manager that she was "condescending and miserable." When the office manager informed "Jennifer," that the Dr. did not want to participate in this interview, Jennifer became irate, citing that she needed to speak with the Dr. immediately and that the office manager was "very unprofessional." This was all after "Jennifer," had been talking down to, talking over our office manager as well as calling her names. Jennifer then went on to insult the entire practice itself, saying that "your practice is not forward-thinking and backwards." The entire experience was completely unprofessional and, to be quite frank, borderline harassing. When attempting to call back, we reached a voicemail machine which was a robotic male voice saying "Please leave your message after the tone," no mention of company name or any identifying information. We believe this to be a scam phone call. These people are rude, unprofessional, and completely undeserving of anyone's time and attention. We firmly believe that when attempting to coerce a doctor and practice to accept their "business," they should be courteous, professional, and inviting. Jennifer has none of these qualities, in fact, she embodies exactly the opposite. If this number calls your office, I suggest not answering. Unless, of course, you like being disrespected.
Called our dental practice. Identified themselves as being with Apple Initiative Care. Female was VERY aggressive and VERY rude after I made several very kind attempts to decline information. She stated the doctor applied for information from them, and I verified with the doctor he did not.
