Still calling leaving message!
Called them back at number on phone ID and recorded message says "thanks for calling about your account"
Recorded voice has British accent

Call. No message.

Called right back and after they do the routine you described, they say - we are closed just now for a company-wide event. Our corporate culture is very important to us ...etc etc. Then they suggest you call back in about 5 hours....all i can say is 'are they kidding????'

Calls, leaves no message. Used to get such calls from a different number, which I blocked, so now I'm getting this one.
