Who called from 6468630690

I frequently get calls from 646 area code. Most are recordings or other junk. If they don't leave a message block them and add to junk list.
This one was 646-863-0690

called my cell twice in one hour. No message. Probably scammers

Called back since no message was left.  Sick of these calls.  So when I called back it said "we have important information regarding your vehicle please hold..." hung up after that.   Not sure if it's a scam but always beware unknown calls.  If someone requires info have them mail it to your address and don't give your address.  This way if it's legit the info will show up.
