Yes, they call nearly everyday, at least once, sometimes more, and leave no message; I finally became curious so I typed their name - their initials- into Google. Annoying!
No, any person that calls on the phone looking for money for charities such as that is a crook. They pay out 1 or 2 cents on the dollar to the charity to keep themselves looking legitimate and to not get in trouble with the Feds, and then keep the rest for "expenses". Oh, and they are required by law to remove your number from their call list, but they won't because they are crooks.
