Woke me up with their stupidity I called and told them to stop calling me.The guy said okay without taking my number
When i tried to reach them to give them the number, my call was blocked I wasn't using the phone they were calling-- my landline, so now I may be stuck with being awakened and bugged all day.

Called them back. They made note that I had called before. When I asked for a name, he said David Marshall, but it was a different person. They have now blocked my number. I am so glad to have this forum to report such scum bags.
Like others noted, a fraudulent attempt to collect IRS taxes. A computer generated voice, threatening remarks, etc... Sad that in this country you can impersonate the IRS and not be arrested.
