This call came at 8:45pm my time . I'm on west coast. The area code on this number is New York. Don't these clowns ever sleep?

Rings 4 times, hang up.  No voicemail. I don't know who this is.  Spammer time.

Call came in at 8:50pm my time (PDT).  Agree with another poster - don't these people sleep?  No message. Blocked.

This people are mostly calling from oversees, they have different times.
So, for them is morning while you are sleeping.

SCAM ALERT BEWARE:  CRIMINALS -  CLAIM TO BE IRS - Received unsolicited call.   Criminals looking for gullible victims.  Old scam to get personal information and Credit Card info.  NOTE:  Hang up calls are a result of the operator being on the line with another person.  The auto dialer hangs up dials the next number until a operator is available.
