Who called from 6468931521

Someone called from this number saying they from the I.R.S

It's a scam. The IRS doesn't call, they send mail. Block and ignore these calls.

no message just rings then says they are theIRS

Got the message that this call is from IRS and that it is final. That IRS is starting law suit against me - and that I have to call them  back ASAP. I do not have the issue with IRS. When I called the number - the auto answering notified me that that phone number is not in service . IT IS SCAM.
