Rattled on in thick accent something about Wall Street Journal. Told them I couldn't understand what they were saying. They repeated, unintelligible. I asked if there was someone who spoke English. Still could not understand so I hung up.
Same as others... guy "Paul Smith" with a surprisingly thick accent claimed to be calling on behalf of the WSJ for a survey. Hee mentioned a survey firm name but I did not catch it. His first question was about whether or not I use an online broker. I refused to answer, he called back multiple times; the last one I picked up and said "Stop calling."
Said they were taking a survey for the Wall Street Journal . I said I didn't want to participate and to take me off their list and hung up. He immediately called me back. I answered and told him to take me off the list. He Bagan to yell at me that they would not and would continue to call me until I completed the survey.
