It is a scam! There is no grant. All they want is for you to send them money that you cannot get back when you discover it is a scam. Ignore all such calls and do not call any numbers they tell you to call unless you want to waste their time.

They called me back to tell me I needed to call right away. I just told them my long distance phone was not available and they hung up.
