Calls everyday around 2pm. Sometimes I answer sometimes I don't. When I do.. they say nothing. When I don't they leave no message. I've blocked the number & they called from other #'s from NY..

It sounds like a phishing for live numbers scam to me. I called back and got a continuous recording that replays 3 or 4 times that simply says "hello and thank you for calling. If you'd like to be placed on a do-not-call list for the number that called you, please press one now".
Just recieved a call from a New York number, when i answered it cut out immediately, when I called back i got a message saying, "press 1 if you want to be put on a no caller list."
