"Tony" called regarding the imaginary contract on my "rental furnace" . Clearly a crook. I said "my what?" and laughed. he hung up. I called the # back and was put on hold, then hung upon. (this was shortly after hung up on a call from a very pushy "real estate agent" wanting to sell my house) Having an unlisted # doesn't help. Both of these jerks knew my name and address!!
They called me for the second time (May 27 2016) and had my full name, insisted that Enbridge shared my customer details and that I have a rental furnace (not!) and also an Air Conditioner (not!). When I asked them what department at Enbridge I can contact to verify why they are giving out my customer false details to third parties she insisted she has a record of my rentals. Eventually she hung up on me. You can call this number but you stay on hold for about 5 minutes and no-one ever picks up, then it hangs up on you.
