Who called from 6472547354

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago and as I know 647 area code is Toronto, thought perhaps it was legit.  No one on the line when I answered, so can only assume a scam or telemarketer.

Caller claimed to be a Bell Canada representative but call quality was terrible and could not understand his heavily accented English.

Called yesterday. Left no message.

Caller claimed to be from Bell Canada regarding my account. I don't have an account with Bell and informed them at which point they hung up. Sounds like a scam but also sounds like average Bell Canada customer service ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
