I called Scotia Bank about this they said it was gave me Optima using the Scotia Life Financial name.
They said to call Scotia Life Financial to find out if it was real or not. The office is closed for me right now - hours are 8:30am to 7pm - but I will call tomorrow.

They're calling every day, and there's no way to stop them or block them from my cell phone. Can anything be done? Do we actually have the right in this country to block calls like this?
