I got caught by Mysimplygreen four months ago. I have had nothing but problems (and learned of their poor business tactics)since and have been trying to get out. But they won't let go. I have tried to be nice and made concessions, but to no avail. Last Tuesday and Wednesday I sent emails calling them on some things I had learned about them and telling them to come get their unit. I have still not heard back. I even told them on Friday if they did not reply I would stop the PAD payments, as incentive for them to reply. Still no word from them. What are they up to?? Planning a move against me? Or have they ... disappeared??
This firm have no business ethics at all. we entered into an agreement with them so we could make convenient payments on our gas bill. We were also taking into account that we were selling our house and that it may be attractive to a potential buyer to have 10 years of maintenance and warranty. Well they wanted it bought out before they agreed to purchase. We were given a number that we would pay if we wanted to buy it out prior to signing by Supreme Energy the contractor. The contract clearly said we could buy out were is as is at a competitive rate. I in good faith proceded with the transaction. we then went to buy it out. turns out we pay the full term costs 45% above a competitive rate. numerous calls and no return calls dealing with two customer reprenatives the last one from legal we were told that since they set the finance end they and only they set the competitive rate of buy out. Don't get involved with these scam artists. Learn from my error don't walk away run. If not you will pay dearly.
