DUCT is a 4 letter word, isn't it !?
Just tell them it is a RENTAL UNIT (aka. u r not the home owner) ~ usually baffles them & they hang up !
Of course, u cud just tell them to DUCK OFF or DUCT OFF, eh !
Talk to them & lead them on = they will have less time to be harassing others & NO SALES to boot !
There is no name in the caller ID. The call was transferred to my answering machine; no message was left. When I search for this number online, it is listed under the company name, "Entice Company". I have no business with them.
The number is most likely spoofed; I live in the GTA; we are still being targeted by "Air Duct Cleaning Services"; I suspect it is them based on my previous encounters and the comments on this page. I will leave this number blocked.
I believe I got called twice and the second time I let him talk and waited for him to finish before telling him I have no ducts. He then told me he new my address and proceeded to tell me. He was correct then he told me that he would get to me. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he was no help, he just said that they will keep calling me. I have reported the number to the CRTC.
The person calling on behalf of this company was being persistant even after I refused. I got fed up and told him to f* ing remove this number. He started to talk back using f words as well. I told him I will call this company and tell them too about the confrontational peronal.
