Just got a call from this number. I called back and got a short recorded message stating that I could be removed from their call list. They made it very easy to unsubscribe.

Called back the number and got to the voice menu. The company is:
Stratcom.ca (Strategic Communications) "Strategic Communications Inc. (Stratcom) is an award-winning consulting firm that creates and implements innovative and integrated campaign and fundraising strategies for non-profit organizations."
Once at the menu, press 1 to unsubscribe from calling list. Once instructed, enter your 10 digit phone number (area code + phone) and wait for confirmation. There is a 48h delay, but you should be removed from their list!
Disclaimer: it could also be that someone somewhere is using this company's phone number to call our phones. That I could not verify, but know it is possible. Nonetheless, unsubscribe and report back if you keep getting calls!
