Picked up after 3 rings.  Nobody there.  Vocally gave them 10 seconds.  Unusual for this type of call there was no "hangup" click after 10 seconds.  Anyway, I don't have time for this nonsense, if they don't have the courtesy to identify or to say "sorry, wrong number", I hang up.
