have no idea why they are calling have received no letters about any outstanding bills, another post says this is Bell and I haven't dealt with them in many years and have never had a cell number with them. They consistently phone from different numbers and I was told to never answer or else they will consider it as a affirmative response and just to ignore the calls. Thank goodness I have a phone that never rings when any number calls from their area code and since I don't know anyone in Toronto or BC where they seem to call from I don't worry about missing any calls. Besides anybody I know has a way of getting in touch with me.
